General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk7 platform ("Site") and all its associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tk7 ("Platform Operator").

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, all accounts will be closed and any deposited balance or bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification

tk7 may verify a user's identity, age and payment method at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Bank account statement or proof of mobile banking transaction
• Proof of residence (recent utility bill or bank statement)

tk7 reserves the right to suspend an account if the required documents are not provided within the specified time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently supported on tk7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Processing time may be longer in cases requiring additional verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tk7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no provision for currency conversion.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The following terms and conditions apply to this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) (deposit + bonus amount)
• This bonus applies only once with the first deposit.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn while the bonus is active.
• Winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable once the wagering requirement is completed.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage) is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

tk7's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the consistency and level of activity on the platform. Cashback is paid on a specific day each week and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• tk7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A user participating in a bonus offer is considered to have accepted all specific terms and conditions of that offer.
• tk7 may suspend an account if bonus abuse is suspected, pending the completion of an investigation.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Software from all game providers is used on the tk7 platform to ensure a fair and transparent gaming experience. tk7 uses SSL encryption and secure technology to protect user data and transactions.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game has its own betting limits and rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Users are responsible for checking this information before starting a game. tk7 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any game for any reason.

• Knowingly exploiting system errors or bugs; any winnings obtained will be cancelled if detected
• Abusing the bonus system, such as using planned betting strategies to reduce negative expected value
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or granting a minor access to the platform

Amendment & Termination

11.1 Amendment of Terms

tk7 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through a site notification. Continued use of the platform after the amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11.2 Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before account closure, subject to conditions.

tk7 may close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Failure to verify age
• Directive from authorities or legal obligation
